Please join us for a cooking class at 122 Corson, hosted by chef Kat Kirwan. During this class you will learn how to make authentic Mexican dishes traditional to the region of Oaxaca.

Menu Includes:

  • Ceviche, a raw preparation of seafood marinated in citrus and herbs

  • Roasted Chicken with Red Mole` Sauce

  • Homemade Tortillas

  • Mocktail or Mezcal Margarita, Mezcal is a spirit specific to Oaxaca and is the smokey sister of tequila
