Join us for an afternoon as we honor our mushroom friends. Michelle Fiori of Maiden Mushrooms llc will be here at the Sturdy Birch to lend her wisdom. We will inoculate mushroom looks for you to take home and grow. She will then guide us on a foraging tour where will we identify many types of wild fungi. Followed by a gourmet group dinner provided by chef Kat Kirwan. This is the perfect time of year to explore the forest and grow a deeper appreciation for our mycelium and the web of life they create and hold.
