Join us for an evening as we come together through collective energy and sound. We will begin with a cacao ceremony, followed by gentle movement. We will then be lead through breathing techniques as you drop in to a beautiful sound bath journey.

Please bring a yoga mat and anything to make yourself comfy. Pillows, blankets, eyeshades etc. If you need any equipment please just let me know, we are happy to support. xoxo
